These terms govern your use of fastracksuccess.com and your participation in Fastrack Money Success workshops. By using this site or registering for an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our workshops or use this site. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What We Offer

Fastrack Money Success provides financial literacy workshops centered around the Cashflow 101 board game experience. Our events are educational in nature and designed to help participants build financial awareness.

Our workshops, website content, and all materials are for educational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. We are educators, not licensed financial advisors.

Any financial decisions you make are your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment or financial planning decisions. Past results discussed in workshops or testimonials do not guarantee future outcomes.

Cashflow 101® and Rich Dad Poor Dad® are trademarks of Cashflow Technologies, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad, or Cashflow Technologies, Inc. We use the Cashflow 101 board game as an educational tool in our workshops.

Registration and Payment

When you register for a workshop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Workshop pricing is displayed on the registration page and may include Early Bird, Regular, Walk-in, and Student tiers.

All payments are processed securely through PayMongo. We accept credit/debit cards, GCash, PayMaya, and QR Ph. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed, we do not issue refunds.

However, your seat is transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us before the event date. The replacement attendee must be at least 18 years old.

Event Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to change event dates, times, venues, or facilitators. If we cancel an event entirely, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

We will notify you of any significant changes via the email or phone number you provided during registration.

Your Conduct

When attending our workshops, you agree to:

• Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
• Not disrupt the workshop experience for others
• Not record, photograph, or livestream sessions without permission
• Not use our workshops to recruit for MLM, network marketing, or similar schemes

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on fastracksuccess.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by Fastrack Money Success or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or attendance at our workshops.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for your workshop registration.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions you make based on workshop content or materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Iloilo City, Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
