How We Process Payments
All payments are processed by PayMongo, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider based in the Philippines. PayMongo supports credit/debit cards, GCash, PayMaya, and QR Ph. We receive confirmation of your payment but do not have access to your full card number or payment credentials.
Tools and Services We Use
Your data is processed by the following third-party services:
- GoHighLevel (CRM) — stores your contact information and sends SMS/email communications. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
- PostHog (analytics) — tracks pageviews, session recordings, and heatmaps to help us improve the website. Form inputs are masked in recordings. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
- PayMongo (payments) — processes your payment securely. Data is stored in the Philippines.
- Vercel (hosting) — serves the website. Servers are distributed globally.
By using our site, you acknowledge that some of your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the Philippines.
Cookies
- PostHog analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site. These do not identify you personally.
- Session cookies (Auth.js) — used for admin login sessions only. Regular visitors do not receive these.
